After a successful 25-year career in the RCMP, Luther made the transition to the energy sector, working for Imperial Oil for 14 years as the Corporate Security Manager. Combining his public policing experience with his work in the Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil environment, he has developed a unique skill set which includes extensive experience in security risk assessments and in designing and building security management programs from the ground up. Other skills honed over the years include interviewing and investigation, major case management, project development on several large projects, and ensuring a smooth and seamless transition of the security apparatus for the project into the operating organization.

Michael Taylor provides security consulting services, primarily related to the Woodfibre LNG Project. He has extensive experience developing and directly managing complex security programs and operations. Michael spent close to 25 years as a Commissioned Officer in the Canadian Forces’ Military Police branch, filling multiple command positions, and retiring as a Lieutenant-Colonel. For the past 12+ years, Michael has been directly managing security on several different Oil and Gas construction projects in Canada, working collaboratively with Construction and Operations management teams to ensure site security programs and services are economical and efficient.
