Business Challenge

A rapidly expanding maintenance company secured work with several major Canadian clients known for high HSE expectations. With growth outpacing the maturity of its internal systems, the company required updates to its HSE Management System and a senior HSE professional to support field implementation across multiple active project sites. The client needed a partner that could provide immediate expertise, strengthen governance, and elevate safety performance while meeting the expectations of large, sophisticated customers.

Objectives & Success Criteria

The client sought to:
