Business Challenge

The EPCM Prime Contractor for a major LNG construction project required sustained, full-time regulatory and marine security leadership due to the project’s location in a sensitive coastal area and the complexity of its permitting and security obligations. After receiving PMO’s consulting support early in the project, the Prime determined that long-term embedded expertise was essential for managing compliance risk, overseeing security system implementation, and coordinating extensive permitting requirements. The challenge was to integrate qualified specialists quickly without losing momentum, institutional knowledge, or project continuity.
