Early-phase LNG development involves significant interface with federal, provincial, municipal, and marine regulatory bodies, combined with environmental sensitivities, First Nations consultation, and safety obligations. The client also required field HSE personnel and robust data management support to ensure consistent oversight during early construction and environmental activities.
