Business Challenge

An electricalinstallation contractor working on a major Canadian LNG project requiredimmediate HSE support to improve field safety performance and elevate KPIs inline with the expectations of a world-class megaproject. With work progressingrapidly and commissioning commencing across both day and night shifts, theclient needed experienced, reliable HSE professionals who could integratequickly, operate with minimal onboarding, and contribute meaningfully tofrontline safety performance.
