A Canadian onshore oil and gas producer expanding operations in Colombia required expert HSE support to ensure its Canadian-developed systems were suitable for international deployment. Operating in a new jurisdiction created challenges related to regulatory differences, contractor capability, and field implementation. The client needed both a fit-for-purpose HSE Management System and onsite audits to verify its effectiveness in-country.

PMO Solution(What We Did)
