PMO was tasked with evaluating emergency scenario risks for a new facility situated in a British Columbia population hub. Our goal was to craft a practical and effective Emergency Response Plan (ERP) tailored to the facility's needs.

APPROACH AND OUTCOME

The PMO Emergency Management team conducted site visits and engaged with client stakeholders to understand their requirements. Focusing on efficiency, we streamlined the plan while ensuring its reliability. Through rigorous Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability Assessment (HRVA), we pinpointed credible scenarios. Collaboratively with the client, we formulated a comprehensive Emergency Response Plan to safeguard the facility and its occupants.
