PMO delivered a clear, updated Emergency Management Plan that improved the City’s readiness and ensured consistency with regional emergency management processes. The project strengthened internal understanding of roles and responsibilities and provided a more streamlined, practical framework for municipal response. The plan’s successful acceptance by Mayor and Council demonstrated strengthened governance and alignment with regional partners.
