BUSINESS CHALLENGE

A major operator in Africa has significantly expanded, and is now requiring all new recruits to attend a 6 week training secondment where they will learn on a wide variety of HSE topics. Once the new recruits have completed their respective trainings, client management will then be engaged on safety leadership courses.

BENEFITS & VALUE

PMO was able to develop a comprehensive and risk-based training program for the client, develop site-specific content, and deliver the courses in-person within 30 days. The training program for management was developed at head office while the new-recruits program was being delivered; this allowed the client the cost-savings of delivering the training programs back-to-back in a compressed timeframe.
